As it says! These are simply "cable ties" made from PVA! A hundred and one uses from tying up PVA bags to tying on soft dead baits. My favourite use for them though is for when using free running predator rigs so you can tie them together before casting so they don't "open up" mid cast. Beats the hell out of fiddling around with standard PVA string with wet and cold fingers! Come in packs of TEN.
